Bidding Executive (M&E)

Responsibilities

• 1 Source tendering information and make recommendations to the General Manager/ Director
• 2 Lead quantity surveyors and other related staff for new qualification of tender, cost estimation, submission, tender pitching and provide add-value engineering solutions
• 3 Handle the documentation of the tenders and ensure accurate and timely submissions
• 4 Gather information, contract negotiation, pricing and payment schedules
• 5 Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• 6 Submit Tender bidding
• Skills Requirements
• 1 Minimum 5 years or above of related experience in M&E
• 2 Diploma/ Higer NITEC
• 3 Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work in a team
• 4 Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
• 5 Good oral and written English skills
• 6 Proven track records of awarded projects
• 7 Knowledge on M&E construction materials and procurement method
• Other information

• 2 Location is in Kaki Bukit

Additional Information

We are a locally founded M&E company established for more than a decade. This role requires you to be the overall incharge of the Contract Department. For this role, you will report to the General Manager/Director.
