Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from client brief through final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, briefs, and project proposals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope, develop production plans, and align resources effectively.
• Build and lead project teams, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, regions, and time zones.
• Develop project estimates, budgets, and timelines while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
• Drive successful project execution while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and consistently exceeding expectations.
• Contribute to achieving team and business objectives through effective project delivery and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing regional or multi-market productions, including digital campaigns, video content, and live or hybrid events.
• Strong understanding of integrated production workflows and creative development processes.
• Proven experience managing projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
• Ability to oversee high-quality creative output while balancing timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
• Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Comfortable managing complex, high-visibility accounts and providing strategic recommendations when needed.
• Strong understanding of global brand standards and the ability to navigate localization and regional adaptation requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, production innovations, and industry trends.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams, disciplines, cultures, and time zones.
