Liaise directly with Mexican regulatory bodies and clients in Mexico to support the interpretation, understanding and implementation of compliance regulations and projects involving the card industry. Identify required, discretionary, business and system updates and initiate appropriate action based upon compliance requirements and legislative direction of regulatory bodies. Administers the compliance workstream of multiple initiatives/projects, while providing consultative advice internal and external to the organization, to ensure adherence to department, division, and corporate disciplines and methodologies while maintaining compliance to reporting standards/requirements and proper usage of escalation. Communicate identified compliance gaps to management immediately. Identify financial exposure and client impacts with recommended remediation and communication plan for issue resolution.
