About the role
As the HR Operations Officer, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of HR services across Western Sydney University. Your work ensures a seamless and consistent experience for staff across the University. What Success Looks Like: Delivering accurate, timely processing of HR transactions across onboarding, WHS, visa and mobility, leave and payroll preparation. Providing responsive frontline support that resolves Tier 1 enquiries professionally and efficiently. Maintaining high levels of data accuracy and compliance within HR systems. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure HR service expectations are consistently met. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
