Responsibilities
- Support effective use of requirements management tools in automotive software projects (ELM, DOORS Next Gen).
- Writing & maintaining the project Requirements Management Plan/ process description.
- Specification structure & traceability, project template management, new project members and access rights, configure project for metrics collection.
- Manage requirements specification changes (incl. baselines, baseline sets, attributes, attribute types, etc.).
- Manage and support data exchange process i.e., formatted printing, export/ import to and from other tools.
- Report compliance to Requirements Management Plan and provide improvement suggestions (e.g.: based on metrics and findings).
- Support best practice sharing & maintaining Business process & tool consistency.
- Provide improvement suggestions from own business & implement Change Control Board decisions in own business.

- Your profile:
- Advanced understanding of a database.
- Advanced knowledge in IBM ELM/DOORSNG/ usage and administration or in other requirements management tools is a plus.
- Advanced understanding of system engineering and V-model framework and Automotive SPICE.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile and SAFe Way of working
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivated and self-driven.
- Ability to rapidly learn and master software tools and process methodologies.
