Payroll Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing employee payroll using BrightPay system.
• Enter and verify employee data accurately within payroll.
• Maintain organised records of payroll transactions, employee information, and related documentation.
• Assist with month-end reporting related to payroll activities.
• Support ad hoc administrative duties as required within the payroll / CIS department.

Requirements

• Proven experience with payroll systems and functions for multiple clients.
• Familiarity with BrightPay payroll software is desirable.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in payroll administration is essential.
