Field Service Engineer (Semicon Automation)

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment, process and software
• Perform installation / de-installation from layout to commission
• Trouble-shooting and customer support
• Perform continual improvement program, parts overhaul, preventive measures, modification and repair work on equipment
• Provide technical advices/solution and support to achieve better quality, productivity and cost objectives
• Liaise with customer for design conceptual and requirement
• Keep track of engineering changes, prepare and update machine operation manual all documentation
• Preparation of technical issue report
• Responsible for 24/7 on-call duty

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical
• Engineering/Semiconductor or its equivalent
• Good communications & organization skill
• PC relevant knowledge
• Self-motivated, responsible and team player
• Service job experience or customer facing experience preferred
• . Proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with counterparts based in China (HQ).
