Flagship product categories represented: Venclose RF Ablation Catheter Venclose Maven Perforator Catheter Venclose RF Ablation Generator Job Summary: The Procedural Specialist - Venclose will provide expert clinical and technical support for Bard Peripheral Vascular's Venclose System, educating and assisting healthcare professionals during venous ablation procedures. This role is crucial for ensuring successful product utilization and optimal patient outcomes. Job Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the operating room, cath lab, or interventional suite during Venclose venous ablation procedures. * Educate and train medical staff on the proper use, benefits, and troubleshooting of the Venclose System, including generator operation, catheter handling, and procedural techniques. * Act as a primary resource for product-related questions, concerns, and issues, offering immediate solutions and escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams. * Assist in setting up and calibrating Venclose equipment before procedures, ensuring all components are functioning correctly. * Document procedural details, product usage, and outcomes as required, contributing to post-market surveillance and product improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with sales representatives to identify new opportunities, provide product demonstrations, and support account growth within the assigned territory. * Participate in professional conferences, workshops, and training programs to stay current with industry trends and product advancements. * Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding the Venclose System and competitive products. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, as well as relevant regulatory requirements. * Provide feedback to R&D and marketing teams on product performance, customer needs, and potential enhancements. Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and clinical experience. * Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a clinical support role within the medical device industry, preferably with experience in interventional cardiology, peripheral vascular, or venous therapies. * Prior experience with venous ablation technologies (e.g., radiofrequency ablation, laser ablation) is highly desirable. * Strong understanding of venous anatomy, physiology, and pathology. * Proven ability to effectively educate and train healthcare professionals on complex medical devices and procedures. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including overnight stays (up to 75%). * Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Clinical certifications (e.g., RN, RT, RCIS, RVT) are a plus.
