Responsibilities
- Review daily production orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Oversee morning exercises and job rotation to support Team Member ergonomics and well-being.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a meat manufacturing environment (preferably pork or beef), plus 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Education: High school diploma required; additional education or specialized training preferred.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Supervisory: Responsible for overseeing a team performing related tasks and activities.
- Travel: 1-5 trips per year.
