What you will do for us: Lead and continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001) . Develop and execute the annual safety program and prevention plans. Manage risk assessments, internal audits, and readiness for external audits . Drive safety by design, management of change, and engineering controls . Measure and analyze safety indicators to enable predictive prevention . Coordinate training, emergency response, and incident investigations . Promote a strong, collaborative, and sustainable safety culture .
