About the role

Job Responsibilities Perform data analysis using statistical tools to ensure data accuracy and reliability Perform defect analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective/improvement actions Conduct waveform analysis (e.g. electrical/test signals) to support failure diagnosis and process understanding Facilitate and maintain Calibration and MSA systems; support related operational activities Ensure Calibration and MSA compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements Manage and maintain quality-related tools/systems to ensure reliability, availability, and data integrity Support and drive improvements in business processes related to quality systems and data management Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Yield, Engineering, Operations) Support ad-hoc audits, improvement initiatives, and projects as assigned Job Requirements Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Materials or equivalent) Fresh graduates are welcome; 2-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently when required Fast learner with ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Basic understanding of quality systems (Calibration, MSA) and analytical/problem-solving approaches Team player with ability to collaborate effectively across functions Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards is an added advantage Permanent night shift
