- Deep understanding of alliance programs, lending practices and market dynamics
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to develop and execute market growth and partnership strategies
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel
