- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

- Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Job scope: Responsible for handling the processing and scheduling of parts/unit orders for all the customer service department. Responsible for handling our aftermarket parts quotes. Work daily with intercompany offices in getting unit and system orders written up and put through the system in a timely manner. Utilize deep understanding of inventory movements and availability to strategize paths for optimal deliveries. Maintain stocking levels through utilizing efficient channels of communication with sales engineers and clients regarding usage and delivery requirements. Assists other customer service agents with overflow work as needed. Covers the front desk on a rotational schedule. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
