Responsibilities

  • Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
  • Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare regular marketing reports for management.
  • Compliance
  • Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with relevant Singapore regulations, including PEI advertising guidelines and data protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • Involvement for Edutrust renewals and compliance.
  • Others
  • Leading and managing the Digital Marketing Team
  • Ensure timely event turnaround and coverage
  • Liaising with vendors for website, print and other relevant
  • Working with teams from China and overseas
  • Managing artwork requests for the team
  • Assigning and delegating work to team members
  • Ideation and video content creation
  • Marketing budget tracking
  • Task tracking using Asana
  • Any other relevant duties

Requirements

  • Education & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in the education sector or student recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent content writing and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and lead multiple team members and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with students and appearing on-site for shoots and event coverage
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders
  • Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability or short notice will have an advantage
