- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

The Team As a Pulse BOSS (Back Office, Settlements, and Security) product manager you improve and scale the foundational engine powering Capital One's newly expanded debit network ecosystem. Covering virtually all functions after a successful card swipe, Team BOSS sits at the critical intersection of hundreds of financial card issuers and merchant acquirers. We are directly responsible for engineering and optimizing the core infrastructure that handles: Back Office: modernizing end-to-end issuer disputes and reporting, automating manual onboarding applications, and delivering high-scale data analytics dashboards; Settlement: clearing, transaction-level billing, and processing multi-billion-dollar interchange flows; and, Security: building and managing fraud scoring and rules systems that protect customers from fraud. You will have a direct role in minimizing payment transaction friction and maximizing operational reliability for our issuers-ensuring millions of real-time transactions move safely and seamlessly.
