For New York Only - The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $29 - 34 per hour. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. Responsibilities
- The Front Desk Coordinator works closely with the Facilities and Security team and is responsible for answering telephones, greeting, registering, and directing visitors and guests.
- Maintain regular desk coverage hours (8:30am-5pm) Monday - Thursday, (9am-5pm) on Fridays to develop good communication and a positive community environment with Roku employees.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance / demeanor, and an organized reception area.

- Room Calendar Management
- Manage access to badges/fobs.
- Additional general office support tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to office budget and spend process
- Coordinate new hire packets and seating assignments

- 1-3 years reception experience required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Possess professionalism and friendly, team player personality.
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Competency in multi-tasking.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Proficient in Jira, OfficeSpace, Zoom, Slack, Canva (preferred)
- High school diploma/GED required.
