Roles & Responsibilities 1. Stock Monitoring & Accuracy Track incoming and outgoing inventory in real time. Maintain accurate stock records in inventory systems (ERP/WMS). Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system stock. 2. Inventory Management Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts. Coordinate stock replenishment. 3. Data Entry & Documentation Update inventory system with receipts, issues, and adjustments. 4. Coordination with Other Departments Liaise with procurement, sales and logistics teams. 5. Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in inventory handling processes. Suggest improvements to improve accuracy. Help implement inventory control systems or upgrades.
