Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Registered Manager on behalf of its client's Children's Residential Care team in Cumbria. This is a unique opportunity to lead a solo children's home, providing 2:1 trauma-informed care to one child at a time. Your experience and leadership will be instrumental in creating a safe, nurturing environment where meaningful change happens. What will your responsibilities be? Oversee the operation of a solo occupancy home, creating safe, nurturing environments for children with complex needs. Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated care team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes. Ensure home meets and exceeds regulatory standards, including Ofsted expectations. Collaborate with external professionals to support each child's individual journey. Embed therapeutic practices and a culture of stability, safety, and high standards from day one.
