Role description We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Marketing Cloud Developers with strong hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. The role focuses on translating functional and technical designs into high-quality, scalable implementations and supporting complex, data-driven marketing automation use cases. The Senior Developer works closely with Marketing Cloud Architects, consultants, and business stakeholders and plays a key role in ensuring technical quality, performance, and maintainability of the solution. Must-have skills: Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer in complex projects Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud data architecture and automation concepts Proven experience with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and Marketing Cloud APIs Experience implementing integrations and data synchronization between Marketing Cloud and external systems Good understanding of marketing automation, personalization, and campaign orchestration Experience working in enterprise-scale, multi-system environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams Openness to learning Core Cloud as well Nice-to-have skills: - Experience with Salesforce Core Cloud, Data Cloud or cross-cloud implementations - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and source control within Salesforce projects - Salesforce certifications, e.g.: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Experience in international or multi-brand marketing setups WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER Discover new skills and improve your strengths, adapt your working day to your personal lifestyle, celebrate community, sustainability and diversity.
