Requirements

• Language: Being able to communicate in Japanese and Business level English Preferable: English (TOEIC score >600)
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, purchasing or process improvement (preferable)
• Experience in Automation is a plus
• Knowledge in supply chain (or willingness to learn)
• Passion for job and positive mindset (Challenging sprit to the new job)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in team

業務内容 生産計画担当もしくは部品発注担当のいずれかの業務をご担当いただきます（経験や適性を考慮して決定いたします）。 生産計画担当 生産計画および進捗管理 受注管理および海外拠点や営業とのインターフェース、折衝 部品発注担当 生産計画および進捗管理 アロケーション対応 海外拠点やサプライヤとのインターフェース、折衝 共通業務 KPI管理 改善活動の企画と実施（品質、コスト、納期遵守） 工場のDigitalization実現のための活動およびプロセス改善活動 業務をとおして貢献できること・学べる事 刻一刻と変化するサプライチェーンのダイナミックさを体感したり、チームワークで困難な状況を乗り越えていくところにやりがいや面白さがあります。生産管理としての専門性を身につけることだけではなく、国内外のステークホルダーとコミュニケーションをとる中で、ネットワークを広げることができ、様々なチャレンジを通して、ご自身の成長を感じることができると思います。 Your Responsibility & Tasks: You will be assigned either to production planner or procurement planner based on your experience and aptitude. Production planner tasks Production planning Production progress management Order management and Interface to sales and overseas plants Procurement planner tasks Procurement planning Procurement progress management Allocation management Interface to suppliers and overseas plants Common tasks Logistics KPI tracking Improvement activities (quality, cost, delivery) Digitalization activities and process improvement What you can expect You can experience the dynamics of global supply chain by engaging yourself to the ever-changing logistics world.
