Formulation Specialist- Animal Nutrition

Responsibilities

• Learn how to formulate animal nutrition products using industry-leading software and tools.
• Support the creation of diets that improve animal health, growth, and performance.
• Work closely with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Procurement).
• Gain hands-on experience managing formulation data and internal systems.
• Contribute to cost calculation and understand how product pricing is built.
• Help forecast raw material needs and get exposure to supply chain planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing products and processes.
• Be involved in the development of new products and innovations in animal nutrition.
• Who we're looking for
• Agronomist engineer or veterinary
• Master's degree in Animal Science or Animal Nutrition (valued)
• Understanding of animal production systems and feeding practices
• Experience formulating diets and updating formulations based on customer and sales needs (valued)
• Excellent communication skills with a personable, customer‑focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• English fluent (B2)
