Job Title: Rental Return Agent Salary: £27,342.00 yearly Hours: Full time, Permanent, rotational shift pattern Monday - Sunday Rental Return Agents are responsible for ensuring that rental vehicles are returned in a timely and orderly manner, and that they are inspected and prepared for the next rental. This position involves interacting with customers, processing rental agreements and payments, as well as conducting vehicle inspections. A Rental Return Agent may also be responsible for providing assistance with directions and travel information, and for resolving customer complaints and issues. This position typically requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
