As a Junior Engineer Specializing in Voice at Infobip, you will play an entry-level role within our Platform Operations, specifically focusing on VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the reliability and quality of voice communications across various channels in modern omni-channel communication. You will collaborate within a global team, tackling different areas to maintain and improve our voice services, including: Handling technical issues and support requests related to voice calls and VoIP protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP). Ensuring high customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns (Globally) and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Enhancing tools and systems for monitoring and troubleshooting VoIP services, ensuring seamless call experiences. Contributing to Infobip's leadership in VoIP and voice communication by staying ahead in innovation, quality, and security. Deep awareness of end-user needs and continuously striving to improve user experience for both customers and partners. Participating in continuous learning and attending development sessions to stay current with evolving voice technologies and best practices. Proficient in technical processes related to VoIP protocols, call detail records (CDRs), and working with SIP, and SBC infrastructure.
