  • What You Should Bring
  • Bachelor's degree; a Master's in public policy, international relations, energy, law, or a related field is an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a public affairs agency, management consultancy, or strategic advisory firm. Candidates with experience in an EU institution, trade association, energy company, or regulator who have since moved into consultancy are also welcome to apply.
  • Direct experience working on energy policy - either in an advisory capacity or from within an energy company, trade body, or regulator.
  • Very good working knowledge of the EU energy policy landscape, including key legislative files and the institutions that shape them.
  • Ability to engage confidently with clients and external stakeholders, with support from senior colleagues where needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering to deadlines across multiple workstreams.
