Job Description Position Sector / Department Regional Sales Manager Sales Job Position Purpose / Summary Leads the development of business plans, and execution of devised sales strategy for the assigned geography to meet monthly, quarterly & annual business goals. Ensuring compliant growth through governance, sales administration, engagement and capability development through coaching and mentoring of his team will be some key aspects. Job Position Scope (Optional) The position will report to the Country Manager. Job Position Accountabilities / Expectations Sales Execution: Conducts quarterly sales reviews with team and manager, adjusts strategies in accordance with Country requirements. SFDC opportunities funnel review with each team member Regularly travels out with each team member, to ensure strategies are fully implemented. Ensures effective territory management and account targeting is practiced in each territory. Identifies sales forecast gaps submits corrective strategies and implements aggressive sales growth. Business Management: Identifies business opportunity and execution of account wise /customer wise strategies for value capture. Monitors monitor sales call frequency, territory coverage, sales performance and execute plans for further growth. Responsible for budgeting, controls and executing governance and compliance Market Development & Maintenance: Maintains contact with major accounts and key relationships seeking to leverage profitable business ventures. Attend and participate in customer, company, and industry sponsored forums. People Management & Development: Leads team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout their organization. Ongoing performance management by providing timely feedback to the employee on the areas of focus and the areas of development. Identifies and develop successors for his /her own role Motivates and guides the team to successfully overachieve the assigned targets. Identifies training needs and nominates for training.
