About the Role: OptiPlay is expanding. We are launching a dedicated sub-studio (our second game development squad) and are looking for a strong Head of Studio to take full ownership of its pipeline and product vision. Requirements: 7+ years in iGaming (slot provider or similar B2B environment), with a proven portfolio of released slot titles; Deep Math Understanding: Strong grasp of slot mathematics (RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus features, jackpots) to effectively collaborate with shared math resources; Delivery Focused: Proven ability to deliver slot titles from concept to launch in a lean, fast-paced environment; Compliance Knowledge: Hands-on experience with GLI/BMM certification processes and regulatory constraints; Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, comfortable with high autonomy, and capable of setting up clear production pipelines from zero; Communication: Strong ability to sync with shared tech teams, report directly to founders, and manage external partners.
