Responsibilities
- Lead regional budgeting and forecasting processes by facilitating annual budget development, performing variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights to regional leadership.

- Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support including travel coordination, expense processing, calendar management, records management, and office logistics.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, invoicing, budgeting, or related discipline.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Oracle Cloud, Power BI, and related systems.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Preferred:
- Advanced skill in Excel, Oracle Cloud, and related systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Power Automate and Visio.
- Industry experience.
- Working Conditions:
- Office environment requires extensive work on computer, networking with stakeholders, research, analysis of data and development of plans and reports.
- Minimal travel.
- Work extended hours when necessary to address emerging work and schedule changes.
