About the role

Supervise, support, and motivate sales associates to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and meets brand standards (for supervisory role). Work closely with associates to enhance selling techniques and improve conversion rates to achieve sales targets and KPIs (for supervisory role). Handle and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to management when required (for supervisory role). Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with professionalism and respect. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on all merchandise available in-store. Ensure merchandising displays are maintained according to brand guidelines. Keep up to date with market trends and the brand's positioning within the industry.
