As an Intern, you will be responsible for: Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of structured technical learning paths for Field Service personnel Contribute to the delivery of hands-on and digitally enabled immersive training programs leveraging real equipment, Virtual/Mixed Reality software, immersive reality platforms, and 3D laser-scanned environments Ensure training solutions replicate real field conditions-both physical and virtual-to enhance operational readiness and problem-solving capabilities Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, instructors, and cross-functional teams to maintain technical relevance and accuracy of training content Promote experiential and immersive learning methodologies that accelerate competency development and practical application Support initiatives to embed Quality, HSE, and compliance standards consistently across all training programs Ensure training content reflects company procedures, standards, and field execution requirements Contribute to reinforcing a strong safety and quality culture within all training activities Align training materials with operational best practices required for successful execution at customer sites Partner with HSE, Quality, and Operations teams to continuously improve training effectiveness and compliance alignment Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors' or Masters' level degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Robotics, Programming, Safety Engineering) or other STEM-related field. Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills Strong technical competence Ability to translate technical knowledge into practical and immersive training solutions Solid understanding of safety, quality, and compliance principles Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
