Qualification: MBBS & FCPS/ FRCS/ MRCP or equivalent in a relevant specialty with a valid PMDC registration. Diploma in Healthcare Management or Administration would be a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years post-fellowship experience as a Consultant in a recognized tertiary care hospital. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Abilities & Skills Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams. Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure while ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care. Experience in strategic planning, effective resource utilization, and process improvement. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with medical staff, hospital administration, and patients. Demonstrated experience in promoting a collaborative, professional, and positive work environment. Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and hospital accreditation requirements. Experience in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Experience in implementing and monitoring quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Strong commitment to continuous improvement in patient outcomes, safety, and overall organizational performance.
