- Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. electronics, optoelectronics, solid-state lighting)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application engineering, technical support or product introduction
- Strong understanding of LED lighting technologies / LED modules
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical environment
- Ability to translate customer needs into practical application solutions
- Experience with or affinity for technical documentation creation
- Interest in digital tools, customer platforms or AI solutions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional environment
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
