We are seeking an experienced Account Transfer Officer to join our team! Responsible for managing customer account changes and transfers across multiple clubs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and care in handling complex, customer-facing cases, including sensitive situations requiring clear and empathetic communication. How You'll Shine Manage end-to-end account transfers and changes (member updates, full transfers, splits/combines, name changes, currency conversions, resale transfers) Prepare and process contracts and transfer documentation in line with policy and legal requirements Process related payments and ensure accurate system updates Handle bankruptcy and debt arrangement cases Process account cancellations in line with policy and regulations Maintain documentation and liaise with external parties as needed Serve as the main customer contact throughout the process Communicate clearly and empathetically, especially in sensitive cases Follow up on requirements to ensure timely completion Conduct financial assessments when required Identify and escalate risks or non-standard cases Ensure compliance with policies and regulations Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting Support quality reviews and process improvements How You'll Be Rewarded Build your career with a value driven organization that promotes continual growth and development for its people.
