About the role

You will serve as the Lead MRTFB Program Manager in the Navy MRTFB Program Management Office, Test and Evaluation Group of the Naval Air Systems Command. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Serving as a Navy Technical Subject Matter Expert (TSME) for planning and coordination on Navy T &E investments. 2.) Executing requirements analysis and develop plans, policy, and guidance to optimize capability across T&E Enterprise Teams. 3.) Understanding of the interrelationships of the MRTFB operations including combined planning, budgeting, programming, resource management and assessments. 4.) Leading a team of military, civilian and/or contractor workforce. Ability to supervise federal civilian employees.
