Senior Product Manager - Universal KYC (MetaMask Passport)

Requirements

• Proven experience building or scaling identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products
• Strong background in fintech , ideally with exposure to Web3
• Hands-on experience working with identity verification providers (IDV vendors) such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity
• Familiarity with compliance workflows , including KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence (CDD) processes
• Track record of delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams
• Ability to operate across both technical systems and user experience

Universal KYC (UKYC) is a new initiative to solve this problem by creating a single, reusable identity layer across MetaMask. At the centre of this is MetaMask Passport , a product designed to enable users to verify once and unlock multiple experiences across the MetaMask ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of platform and product experience . You will define the primitives, standards, and user journeys that make identity verification seamless, privacy-conscious, and globally compliant.
