Senior CCM Developer

About the role

Doctricks is a specialist company within Customer Communications Management, helping customers design, develop, modernise and operate business-critical customer communication solutions. We are looking for a Senior CCM Developer with deep experience in Customer Communications Management platforms, especially OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire Flex and Quadient Inspire Evolve. You will work with development, configuration, integration and optimisation of CCM solutions used for high-volume and business-critical customer communications. Typical assignments include template development, data mapping, document generation, output management, integrations, migration projects, troubleshooting and technical advisory work. The role is suitable for someone who has worked for many years with complex CCM environments and who can take responsibility for both technical implementation and architectural decisions. Main responsibilities Develop and maintain document templates and communication flows in CCM platforms. Work with OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire Flex and Quadient Inspire Evolve. Analyse customer requirements and translate them into robust CCM solutions. Work with structured input data such as XML, JSON, CSV and database-driven data. Design and support integrations with surrounding systems. Participate in migration and modernisation projects. Troubleshoot production issues and support testing and release activities. Advise customers and internal teams on CCM best practice, platform capabilities and technical design. Document technical solutions and support handover to operations or support teams. Required qualifications At least 10 years of professional experience in IT system development, technical consulting or similar roles. Several years of hands-on experience with Customer Communications Management solutions. Documented experience with OpenText Exstream. Documented experience with Quadient Inspire Flex. Documented experience with Quadient Inspire Evolve. Strong understanding of document composition, template design, data mapping and output generation. Experience working with structured data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV and SQL/database-driven data. Experience with integrations, APIs, batch processes or enterprise system environments. Ability to analyse complex business requirements and convert them into maintainable technical solutions. Very good communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Swedish language skills are meritorious and may be required for certain customer assignments. Ability to work independently in customer-facing assignments. Meritorious qualifications Experience from financial services, insurance, banking, public sector or other regulated industries. Experience with OpenText Communications, StreamServe, xPression or other document composition platforms. Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, version control and automated deployment processes. Experience with Java, .NET, JavaScript, PowerShell or scripting related to CCM solutions. Experience with accessibility, archiving, print production, digital channels, e-mail/SMS output or Peppol/e-invoicing. Experience leading technical workstreams or mentoring other developers. Personal qualities We believe you are structured, analytical and quality-oriented. You are comfortable working with both technical specialists and business stakeholders. You enjoy solving complex problems and can explain technical solutions clearly to customers and colleagues. Employment terms Employment type: Permanent employment / full-time. A probationary period may apply in accordance with Swedish employment law. Scope: 100%. Workplace: Uppsala, Sweden. Start date: As agreed. Salary: Fixed monthly salary, individually agreed, in line with qualifications, market conditions and applicable industry standards. Collective agreement: The company does not have a collective agreement but applies employment terms and insurance coverage in line with Swedish labour market practice.
