Job Summary: The Senior Manager of Lean is responsible for leading and coordinating Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the organization. This role drives large-scale process transformations by supervising cross-functional teams, coaching leaders, and applying Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies to achieve critical business objectives and operational excellence. What will you do: Plan, launch, and oversee Lean projects across multiple departments to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality; communicate progress and results to stakeholders. Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maximize individual contributions, foster professional growth, and promote effective collaboration. Design and deliver training programs on Lean and Six Sigma principles; mentor employees and identify high-impact projects for implementation. Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma frameworks, tools, and systems to support continuous improvement and business process optimization. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related to the field Expert Six Sigma Black Belt or Project Management Expert in Lean Manufacturing practices. Expert in Microsoft Office 365. Fluent English
