Growth & Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound campaigns (content, social posts, SEO tasks)
• Support outbound outreach (building prospect lists, sending sequences, follow-ups)
• Help create and distribute content across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other channels
• Track campaign results and report on key metrics
• Learn and contribute to GTM experiments alongside the growth team

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in marketing , sales development, or growth
• Interest in inbound, outbound, and content-driven growth
• Familiar with tools like HubSpot , Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or eager to learn)
• Curious, proactive, and excited to gain hands-on experience
