Work Location: Woodlands Job Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance of Semiconductor tools inside cleanroom Follow procedure of installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts Perform workplace 6S audit daily Assist on Minor PM/ Major PM/ Tube Clean/ Main heater change PM etc in term of logistic task Perform sub fab audit (Include tool health for UPS, Scrubber etc)
