Requirements

  • Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution
  • Minimum seven (7) years electrical industry sales/marketing and/or engineering experience
  • Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license
  • No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Mountainside, NJ. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Manager of people experience
  • 10+ years of electrical industry sales experience
  • Demonstrates strong command of the end-to-end sales process
  • Maintains accurate, current pipelines and forecasts
  • Uses Salesforce and required sales systems consistently
  • Applies sound commercial judgment in pricing, bid strategy, margin considerations, and escalation
  • Leverages product, market, competitive, and channel knowledge to drive effective customer and distributor execution

  • The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $200,200 - $293,800.

This role will be based in our Mountainside, NJ office and will focus on power distribution solutions.
