Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Tracking, measuring, and reporting the effectiveness of public affairs campaigns (such as local air show outreach or environmental impact report rollouts); 2) Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with civic leaders, plans community outreach events, and manages the command's noise-abatement inquiry program. 3) Developing engaging written and visual content that highlights base operations, military exercises, and environmental stewardship efforts. 4) Develops crisis communication plans, coordinates joint information center (JIC) operations, and executes rapid-response messaging under high-pressure scenarios; 5) Independently handles complex media inquiries, drafts talking points for the Commanding Officer, and conducts on-camera interviews.
