Responsibilities

  • Payment Operations & Financial Accuracy

  • Performance Monitoring: Review metric dashboards to identify trends, monitor daily settlement reports, and escalate operational issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict compliance and confidentiality related to document retention schedules and sensitive financial data.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a financial services environment at a high level is required.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Exposure and background work with titles and lien releases, phone systems, and accounting functions.
  • Mastery of Google Workspace (specifically Sheets and Drive).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with external business partners.
  • Comfortable working with sensitive financial and regulatory documents.
  • Physical ability to lift and move packages for mail intake purposes.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work occasional overtime, including business holidays, and adapt to changes in work-from-home/in-office schedules based on business needs.
