The Business Solutions Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into technology solutions that meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ATTRIBUTES Requirements Gathering & Analysis: This role is responsible for deeply understanding business needs by eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements from stakeholders through various methods. This includes analyzing existing content management systems and digital experiences to identify gaps and opportunities, maintaining expertise in Digital Platforms, and ensuring content quality and consistency to inform effective solution design. Solution Design & Implementation Support: The Business Solution Analyst translates business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with technical teams to design solutions and templates. They provide guidance on configuration and customization, support testing and validation efforts to ensure the implemented solution meets business needs and technical standards. Communication & Collaboration: This role acts as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues. They foster collaboration throughout the development lifecycle, providing technical guidance and support, and creating comprehensive documentation and training materials to facilitate successful adoption and usage. Strategic Alignment & Business Value: The Business Solution Analyst proactively identifies opportunities to leverage different platforms for improved digital experiences, content management efficiency, and overall business outcomes, developing business cases to justify investments and defining KPIs to measure success. They contribute to the company's Technology strategy, staying informed about industry trends and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Focused on contributing directly to project success and not responsible for managing reports or subordinates. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 1+ years of full lifecycle project experience using various SDLC methodologies, Agile preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. Experience in identifying process inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and documenting current and future state processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Spanish) , including the ability to present information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
