Analyst, Commercial Banking - Property

Responsibilities

• You will apply your analytical and/or credit expertise to produce high-quality credit submissions and ongoing reviews, supporting sound lending decisions and positive client outcomes.
• This includes partnering with Relationship Executives and preparing credit papers within policy guidelines and partnering closely with risk and internal stakeholders to ensure effective deal execution.
• In this role, you will:
• Prepare credit submissions and coordinate deal execution.
• Conduct financial modelling and risk analysis for new and existing lending.
• Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Develop client and industry insights to support strategic decision-making.
• You're a high-performing Analyst who brings:
• Proven experience in credit analysis, annual reviews, and transaction structuring or demonstrable analytical/audit skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
