Requirements

• SAP (or comparable ERP) experience in inventory/material management
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills (Excel or similar tools)
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

This is your new job: As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end workflow of high-value, process-critical materials within the Nexperia Hamburg - Materials Management organization. The role ensures compliant handling, accurate tracking, and secure availability of these materials, which are essential for wafer manufacturing operations. Daily Operations: Execute and reconcile material movements in SAP Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders Monitor inventory levels and ensure high data accuracy Projects & Continuous Improvement: Improve material tracking, transparency, and reporting Enhance forecasting accuracy and collaboration with external partners Support audit readiness and drive process standardization Key Challenges: Managing high-value inventory with minimal variance tolerance Ensuring strict compliance in a regulated environment Balancing operational efficiency with governance requirements Stakeholder Environment: Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams Regular interaction with external partners and service providers This is you: A structured and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a high sense of accountability. The ideal candidate thrives in environments that require precision, compliance awareness, and cross-functional coordination. Education and Experience: Apprenticeship in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain or Material Management. 2-5 years in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply-Chain or Manufacturing.
