About the role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Enterprise Sales team and fuel our growth in the upper end of the market . You'll work with a small group of AEs and Marketers targeting our top enterprise accounts using a highly strategic, account-based approach. This is not your typical spray-and-pray SDR role. You'll be deeply embedded in a coordinated GTM team, crafting custom messaging, acting on buying signals, and generating pipeline in some of our highest-potential accounts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with a dedicated AE to drive outbound activity across a defined book of Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategic accounts
- Execute structured outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and marketing-generated leads
- Leverage tools like SFDC, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to prioritize and personalize outreach
- Track account engagement signals and respond to real-time interest from marketing campaigns
- Set qualified meetings that turn into high-quality opportunities
- Contribute to team strategy and provide feedback on messaging, content, and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- 1-3 years of SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Ability to write thoughtful, concise, and compelling outreach messages
- Experience with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.)
- Comfort engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders
- A curious and growth-oriented mindset
