Responsibilities

- Identify gaps in existing tools and GTM motions, prioritize opportunities, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs such as campaign experimentation, actionable insights for driving product adoption, and thought leadership, balancing business goals with data and technical feasibility.

- Contribute to storytelling and content strategy for high-visibility initiatives, ensuring consistency with LinkedIn's data narrative.
- Data Quality and Governance Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative/technical field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, experimentation, or technical program management involving the design of data pipelines and insights that drive customer and product adoption.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, with experience in optimizing queries for performance (Trino, Spark SQL preferred)
- 2+ years of experience using Python (or equivalent scripting languages) to automate workflows, run experimentation (e.g., A/B testing for campaigns), generate outputs for downstream applications (such as email and AI agents), or build scalable data processes.
