Warehouse Assistant/ Storekeeper #10105

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, issue, and prepare orders for delivery accurately.
• Receive, check, inspect, load, and unload goods when required.
• Ensure items are accurate, in good condition, and meet quality standards before receiving, packing, or delivery.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular inventory checks and stock counts.
• Coordinate with the inventory team and report stock shortages, discrepancies, order issues, or packaging defects.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
• Use the BigSeller system for daily warehouse, inventory, and order-related tasks.
• Create, edit, and maintain product listings on platforms such as BigSeller, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Shopline, and Upmesh.
• Provide basic customer service support for logistics and order-related enquiries.
• Communicate with supervisors on warehouse, order, inventory, or system-related matters.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, order fulfilment, or inventory support is preferred.
• Familiarity with BigSeller, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Shopline, or Upmesh is an advantage.
• Able to pick, pack, check, organise, and handle goods accurately.
• Detail-oriented and able to identify product defects, order discrepancies, or inventory issues.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn e-commerce systems.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, team members, and customers.
• Responsible, organised, and able to support daily warehouse operations.
