As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You'll lead by example in service, support the team, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Strong barista skills are preferred and a passion for hospitality is essential. Main Duties... Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with confidence and consistency Lead, support, and inspire the team during busy service periods Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests Assist with stock management, rota, ordering, and opening/closing duties Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards What We Are Looking For... Previous experience as a barista Supervisory or team-leading experience in a busy café environment Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to work Strong communication skills and a supportive leadership style Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences Benefits...
