The ecosystem includes publishing systems, journalist onboarding tools, identity infrastructure, evidence-backed content systems, and applications designed to create permanent and verifiable publishing. /p> p>The technology and infrastructure phase is complete and operational. /p> p>We are now entering the next stage focused on growth, onboarding, partnerships, ecosystem expansion, and company scale. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Position Overview: /strong> /p> p>PressChain is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead and scale operations during this growth phase. This role will work closely across strategy, execution, partnerships, fundraising coordination, organizational development, and company operations. /p> p>This is a hands-on executive role for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and helping transform momentum into scalable execution. /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Responsibilities: /strong> /p> p>- Oversee day-to-day company operations /p> p>- Build and improve operational systems and workflows /p> p>- Coordinate company initiatives and project execution /p> p>- Support fundraising efforts and investor coordination /p> p>- Assist with strategic partnerships and ecosystem growth /p> p>- Develop onboarding systems for users, journalists, and partners /p> p>- Help build and scale internal teams and processes /p> p>- Track priorities, deadlines, and company objectives /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Qualifications: /strong> /p> p>- Previous startup, Web3, fintech, media, AI, or high-growth experience preferred /p> p>- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities /p> p>- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments /p> p>- Ability to make decisions and execute independently /p> p>- Strong communication and problem-solving skills /p> p>- Builder mentality with long-term thinking /p> p> br> /p> p> strong>Compensation Structure: /strong> /p> p> br> /p> p>This is currently an equity and token-based executive opportunity through the fundraising phase, with transition into traditional executive compensation following successful fundraising milestones. /p> ul> li>Target equity range: strong>3%-8% /strong>, depending on experience, involvement, network value, and overall fit. /li> /ul>
