About the role

You will serve as a DEPUTY DIRECTOR - MCTOG in the MARINE AIR GROUND TASK FORCE TRAINING COMMAND of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serving as a strategic planning expert and staffing advisor for a multiple diverse teams; Research and analyze organizational strategic issues or trends for the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of programs and personnel organizational direction; making recommendations or decisions on organizational workload distribution; initiating and overseeing all aspects of budgetary planning and execution (e.g. training, expenditures, funding, and human resource management); AND directing the development of new or changed programs, procedures, and policies.
